The vitamin C in the orange will support a healthy immune system, the protein from the Greek yogurt will keep you full longer and your choice of hemp, flax or chia seeds will supply your body with heart-healthy fats.
- 1 large orange
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon hemp, flax or chia seeds
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup orange juice, coconut water or water
- Place all of your ingredients in a blender and blend until very smooth; about 30 seconds to one minute.
