Justice Ministries, a nonprofit serving victims of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation through outreach, emergency services and transitional care, hosted their Third Annual Light The Way Gala to introduce attendees to the organization as well as raise funds for operations.
Attendees took an after-hours guided-tour of the Mint’s early 20th century collection and created their own impressionist style painting of flowers and landscapes while enjoying wine or beer with their friends.
The Annual Who's Who of Charlotte Christmas Gala Charity Event was hosted by two non-profit organizations, Women In Power, Inc and Distingusihed Influential Gentlemen. The proceeds from the gala helped purchase Christmas toys for local children and provided food and shelter for homeless veterans.

Over 475 guests checked their shoes at the door for the masquerade-themed 6th Annual Samaritan’s Feet Barefoot Gala. Samaritan's Feet shared exciting future plans while raising over $226,000 to provide shoes to children in need around the world.
The Young Affiliates of the Mint (YAMs) hosted their 5th Annual Fall Ball on the lawn of Mint Museum Randolph with proceeds benefiting the museum's Annual Fund, providing free tours for CMS Students. "Under the Big Top" featured live entertainment from dozens of talented performing artists.
Another big success for International House with its 29th Annual Benefit Gala! Each year, the gala features a different country. This year Greece was highlighted with beautiful decorations, including Greek columns loaned by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Charlotte.
Attendees of the 6th Pink Pint Night, sponsored by Charlotte Radiology and NoDa Brewing Company, enjoyed live music, food trucks and a special pink brew, "Breast Intentions!” The event raised $45,000 to support local uninsured women in need of screening and diagnostic mammography services.
Komen Charlotte hosted its 21st Annual Race for the Cure, which brought nearly 15,000 people to uptown and raised over $1 million to support their mission to meet the most critical needs in our community and invest in research to prevent and cure breast cancer.
Carolina Panther and Houston native Fozzy Whittaker called on friends and teammates like Jonathan Stewart and Christian McCaffrey to join him in serving guests at The Cowfish. Donations raised will go directly to Sarah's House, Pearland Neighborhood Center and other Hurricane Harvey victims in Houston.
